03-19-08: Registration for our annual autocross school is open! The event is once again being held in Grenada, and pre-registration is located here. Important information about the event can be found on the Events page. Pre-registration is limited to 40 students (and it filled up last year), so don't delay.

02-17-08: At this year's SCCA National Convention, the Mississippi Region was awarded the Tom Burke Membership Award for "small" regions. This means that we had the greatest percentage of growth for regions under 100 members in size in 2007. Thanks to all of you new members who joined up last year, and to our region's members who bring potential members out.

10-17-07: Our next event will be held October 27-28 in Grenada. This is the Mississippi leg of the Tri-State competition and we expect a great turnout. Check out the Events section for more info, and be sure to read the Grenada Supplementary Regulations and Information for helpful information such as directions and hotel info. 10-17-07: 2007 Solo National Championships roundup - Mississippi Region member John Thomas won his 14th championship, but his words of wisdom proved incapable of putting Brian Whitmire (#183 BSP) and Drew Boyles (#83 BSP) in the trophies. They blame a mechanical failure (bent and then snapped the right front strut housing), but nobody believes them. Even still, they are pictured below to immortalize their mediocrity.
